The program of undergraduate master's degree programme in International and European Law was established with the stated mission of preparing specialists in legal science, international and European law, able to use specific , cultural and humanistic valuable knowledge , to integrate in the socio-economic processes of the Romanian society and of the contemporary world in constant evolution.
The master program focuses on practical approaches of disciplines aimed to maximize the outcome of teaching activity for a better understanding and comprehension of the main legal issues and which interest the legal activity. The course focuses on those subjects which either haven’t been addressed in the first cycle or contain legal institutions that require deepening, especially from the perspective of an expert practitioner of law.
The curriculum was developed after consulting several specialists, theorists and practitioners, as well as extended Romanian and foreign bibliographies. It puts forward a package of disciplines that study the relevant legal institutions in the field of business law.
Through its contents, the master program on European and International Law applies to all categories of lawyers, targeting both young graduates and lawyers with long experience.
